I haven't completly thought about whats happened since the safehouses were attacked but Padma, my paddie is lying in a hospital bed and no one is telling me what is happening and all I know is that Visconti has been stabbed. By his mother.
Padma has been practicing defense for many months and Visconti is a Slytherin and he would use everything he is capableof to make sure Padma is okay. They were meant to be safe. Death Eaters attacked the Safehouses and now I'm left wondering if anywhere is safe anymore and what that word means anyway.
I'm afraid to owl home - Mama would break down and Daddy wouldn't be able to keep it from her. And now there is Toyah to consider. I will not owl home - I can deal with this on my own, and if anything happens, I promised Visconti.
I am a Patil, we keep our word.

Is there anything I can do? I can help with removing things from Kippenross, or looking after the students. I have no timetable constrictions so anything will suit.

With Padma in hospital, you are one down for teaching potions, right? I can help - I gained an A at NEWT level which is more than enough to do basic potions or marking essays or paperwork or something. In fact, I can even clean cauldrons.
