I’ve never been comfortable writing or speaking in English mainly because 1) Grammar hates me 2) I express myself better in Tagalog.  If you’ve been following me for quite some time now, it is pretty obvious that I almost always write in Tagalog.  I use smileys a lot as well.  When I write in Tagalog, thoughts just keep on coming.  But when I ( Read more... )

You know, now that I think about it, I've never really seen grammatical errors from you. o_O You shouldn't feel insecure about your English. I think it's fine just the way it is. Reading English books will definitely help more. Or watching English TV shows. :P

Plus, you got to write in English so that I can understand!! xDD

You're so welcome! It's the truth. :) Are there any places in the Philippines where people tend to speak more English?

You can practice the writing, so that is good! Haha, and it's okay, I'm only teasing. :P I can totally understand why you'd feel more comfortable with writing in Tagalog - your mother language, after all!

Love your icon! :O Haha. Ian!! ♥

Yes, there are actually some schools here in the Philippines where most of the students rarely speak in Tagalog, especially in the ~city~. I came from the province so that's why I'm more comfortable in Tagalog. It's not an excuse to not use English though!
