this is a deep, thorough, intelligent, and inherently empathetic look at shamans, shamanism, and the people who play them in world of warcraft. the questions are varied, and ghostcrawler (blizz dev) answers them with a great deal of respect and balance.
they are going to do similar Q/A formats with all the classes, but i'm awfully happy they picked my primary class first, because i've felt worried about enhancement and the answers put a lot of fears to rest.
