The pains of movement...

My body hurts. When I woke up this morning to run, I was barely sore from running at all. That changed drastically around lunch time. It hurts so good. Working out tomorrow is gonna suck, but when something hurts, you don't stop. You do it more.

I have changed my LJ's look once again. This one is going to last a while. Mostly because I'm tired of changing it. Check it out, it looks pretty sweet.

Terry Shaivo has finally died today, in case you haven't heard. I will not divulge my personal feelings on this case, but I will say that I am happy that this is finally over. Maybe something new will be on the news in a couple weeks. What a wild story...

I went running with my new workout partner for the first time today. He crapped out after about a mile and a half. It was weak. He's either a lier about running high school track, or he is really, really, really out of shape. Anyway, I think that tomorrow I'll spend the day with Keith and Paul and Wes up at TCU. I don't have anything else to do, other than work out, and I think that the'll be able to entertain me well enough. Oh yeah, and apparently John's squeeze was squeezing him and another guy at the same guy. John's kind of sad now, but he'll be alright. He and I are both such pimps, I know he'll rebound out of this quick. Now that he's free of the red-headed one, he can do anything he wants. He's got it down.

I just got a call from Barns & Nobles, my CD is finally in. The music of Gustov Holst. If any of you have ever tried to find any of Holst's works on CD, (no), you have probably found that the only ones readily available are or his largest work, The Planets. That's all I can ever find. He has written so much good music, it's a shame that The Planets are the only ones that ever get any attention. First Suite in Eb, Second Suite in F, Hammersmith, etc. I'm going to go pick up my CD, now. I'll let ya'll borrow it if you ever want to hear some good music. I have The Planets too.
