LOST 6x13 - The Last Recruit
- Why didn't they come back to Sun recognising Locke?
- The Jack/Claire reunion on island was...underwhelming
- Sawyer and Kate flirting somehow didn't make me want to throw something at the tv. I was actually quite amused - and she saw right through him!
- Desmond was creeeeeepy - Claire should have run a mile
- I was waiting to see who the lawyer would be - if anything Ilana was a bit of a disappointment
- I've seen a lot of people wondering why Jack didn't argue harder with Sawyer for Claire to go along. I think he would have if Sawyer hadn't told him that she tried to kill Kate. That decided it for him: it wasn't worth risking people's safety.
- I'm certain Sayid didn't kill Desmond - I think he really hit a nerve with "what will you tell her?". It's such a common idea in stories in any medium - you may be willing to do anything to save a loved one, but how will you ever face them and admit that you did those things?
- Could Jack and co. have escaped the rest of the group in a more obvious way?
- Poor Claire, all alone in that lawyer's office, with creepy Desmond probably hanging around outside...
- David is adorable.
- I was really afraid Sun and Jin's brains were going to fry in the middle of their reunion. Why were they speaking in English? Did Sun even know that Jin speaks English?
Lapidus, King of Obvious
- Jack jumping off the boat was awesome - I was so glad he didn't rise to Sawyer's "They've got pills for that, doc." Sawyer didn't come off very well in this episode, on several occasions. Honestly, why was he so surprised in the final scene? Especially as he didn't hold up his end of the deal and bring Locke.
