(no subject)
In less than a month I have been in TWO accidents. The first when the construction machine slammed into my back and now tonight on 309 going towards WB.
I just picked up christi and we were going to the mall when I noticed that there was an accident ahead and everyone was getting into the left lane so I switched lanes there was plenty of room and suddenly the car in front of me slammed on their brakes so I braked and I'm amazed that I didn't hit the car in front of me but the car behind me smashed into me and the truck behind us slammed into it. Three car pile up between exits 1 and 2 with another accident not even a 1/2 mile in front of us. No one was hurt hurt, I know my back is pretty sore. The car in the middle got it pretty bad. My car and the truck were ok-ish.
I just couldn't fucking wrap my mind around it. I still can't. And I'm so scared now that my insurance is going to go through the roof and that I'll be dropped or something. But I know it wasn't my fault either, but fuck it's scary. I really thought someone would have been very hurt. That fucking little car was wrecked and the girl who owned it just got it. I feel terrible. I really hope my luck turns around soon. The holidays the past couple of years have been bringing bad things.
Last year - Thanksgiving - my grandpa died.
This year - Thanksging - my car is smashed by a Front end loader
Now with Christmas - my cousin Lindsay just had her baby, who is just beautiful. But Lindsay is in very very bad shape with some sort of infection and they did a blood transfusion on her and it's not looking good. and Then my car again. WHAT THE FUCK?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?
I'm so worried about Lindsay though. I think it's pretty well known how Lindsay and I did not get along while she was here in PA (if you can bring your mind back to spring 2005 with my lovely black eye...wonderful) But we have made our peace and I really do love her. You have to love family. Even if you don't agree with everything.
