I did a very stupid thing yesterday....
The Aquarium asked if I could work for them yesterday. It was the grand opening of their new theatre and they had invited 150ish people from various corporations to come celebrate with them. Also, it was an knowledgement thing for all those who donated. CanCorp, for example, donated $500,000.
So it was a formal affair. Escorts, free apetizers, open bar, coffee, dessert, etc.
I had a VERY important job. I had to stand at the door. Hahaha...*shoots self* x.X
Anyways, before all of this happened, an hour before the whole thing started, I did a very stupid thing. I went to go warm up my brother's girlfriend's car but instead of doing it through the automatic setup, I decided to do it manually. So I walked to the car, dropped off my purse and paperwork, started it up, and then decided to move my sister's car because it was blocking my way. No less than 2 minutes, I went back to my car and realised that the car at automatically locked itself.
So there it was. Running, with my purse, paperwork in toll...and locked. I frantically phoned my brother up asking if he had the spare keys to which he replied, "No, you idiot! You have the spare keys. Loan is working until 6pm. Go get a coathanger."
...and for the next 20 minutes, I sat outside with my dad, breaking into my brother's girlfriend's car....with it still running...
