Why, yes, yes they are. they're kind of hard to see with that f'd-up half kneel kind of dorkpose I've got going on. They're great though. :)

Well, I could recognize them from the photo you posted, so that's all that matters, yeah? *grin* I like 'em! Are they comfortable? They look like they are.

They are. By the end of the RenFest day, of course, my feet are pretty much killing me, but it only sets in at the end of the day. I would imagine that be the case with any shoe or boot. I can imagine normal walking around (DragonCon, for example) they'll do just fine. They feel great on the feet though, CABoots didn't let me down. The shoes/boots I was wearing the 1st/2nd weekend of Fest killed me, so they're def. an upgrade.

Comfortable shoes are definitely a must for DragonCon. I'm making a costume right now that may or may not be shown at this DCon (mostly I'm making it for an awesome Halloween costume) and, thank God, it involves normal black shoes. The shoes I had for my Queen Gorgo dress were these strappy sandal things that I literally bled all in. They sliced me up something fierce. Their only redeeming quality was that they cost $10 at Target!
