When is the next big Morris event? I suppose it's Halloween?
Steve and I had a fun "date" this evening. We walked from West Bank at the U of M to the Weisman Art Museum, across the Mall and to Dinkytown where we played pool at the Dinkytowner and had a beer (I used to work there when it was the Valli Restaurant) and then we wandered over to the Village Wok for dinner and back across the bridge just after sunset.
Not a whole lot, I have been fixing up the basement and garage so I can start with my woodworking projects. I am hoping to build furniture for my friends and myself.
I would like to go playing pool sometime. I have three cues I have never used. It seems a waste that they just sit around.
We should talk more often.
