(no subject)
A brief state of the nation.
I am back from London, as has already been established. Ash and I returned at the beginning of September. Not long after, I was offered a well paying job working for Ash's mum's boyfriend in his chemical factory in Armadale. Its pretty great, There are bursts of hard-ish work followed by long periods of smoking and coffee drinking while we wait for things, I can smoke all day in the factory if I so desire, and Ive learnt to drive a forklift reasonably well (getting a ticket in a week or two). Ash's mum's boyfriend is a smart guy and we spend most of the day discussing current events, political philosophie and human nature, which is fun.
Im sitting my STAT exam late November with a view to enrol in Uni mid next year. I considered a possible law degree (exam results pending) but, after talking to people and thinking about the job, the expense of said degree and all the rest of it, Im just going to stick with a Ba in Creative English and the Arts (Which doesnt depend nearly so much on me obtaining a good result).
In the meantime, I intend to work, pay off my small debt from last year, purchase a car (Volvo station Wagon?), and save up for a bond. Ash and I are looking at moving with Ben (nny revolver) around the Carlisle, Vic Park, Leederville, North Perth, Daglish area. We saw a ridiculously shabby house, 3 minutes from Daglish station that used to be a deli, so, it was a full house, and an old deli too, which would have been awesome, but, unfortunately, the funds just arent quite there yet, in about a month or so, there should be more than enough.
Im currently back at Warner Drive again, living solitarily, well, almost, Ash is always there when I am, but, we're practically one person anyway....
Havent written anything in months, have no inclination too....
