for those who haven't heard-saturday 5-27
days of the new is playing at moore square park in downtown raleigh as part of the bud light downtown live series for this year. i've seen both 7 and 7:30PM listed as their start time.. there are other bands as well, but it will definately be worth it to see travis getting onstage again-he's been through a lot and really deserves a good audience. personally, i'm stoked to see him getting back on track with music (some people may have seen a&e's "intervention" with he as one of the featured addicts), and it is said that he's been playing new material, to be coming out on an upcoming "purple" album (though travis says the color may change). anyway, i think travis is one of the more important music makers of my generation, and i recommend seeing him to anyone who can make it.
