Highway debris
Note the shoulder of this highway [next to Kadri Park] till a few weeks ago the entire stretch [what you see in front and an equal distance behind me] was filled with debris unloaded illegally by contruction contractors. And not just this side, the other side of the highway was filled too. Until one day the local minister Palimar yelled and threatened blue murder. After that the unloading stopped, but the debris remained, until a several months later a loader and few trucks were deployed to clear it.
