MCC to KSRTC road I
Finally the resurfacing with concrete of the second half of the MCC to KSRTC road stretch is almost getting over, once the first half was done and handed over to the public we thought they will get on with the second half. But it wasn't to be, they were very fast it chopping down three beautiful trees in front of Saibeen Complex, though I feel these trees could have very well been retained. But once this was done everyone disappeared. Finally they all came back maybe three weeks ago and the stretch is ready pending curing. The road divider work is in progress. Once this is over there is a small patch near Bharth Mal, and another near KSRTC l that needs to be filled in.
When the work was pending the place was open to anyone to fall and die. How many people do you think even injured themselves? Ans 0. This is India dudes, we know our pot holes in dark too. No sissy signs for us to indicate unfinished roads, holes, pillars etc.
Meanwhile preliminary work on resurfacing with concrete of the KSRTC-Kuntikan road has already started. Work on the Bejai Church to Kodialguttu Road has already started. Life for people living there, and those who have to drive by those sides will be hell till the works are over. BUT once it is over, man, you are talking of a super smooth surface to drive on. Their property prices will soar.
