Keepsakes. . .

Adieu, 1st Sem! NDC gave me the best finale to my first ever sem in college. I'm just so thankful to be able to debate and have fun in Baguio. Yes, NDC (the experience itself and the memories of NDC) helped me pull through (and it keeps helping me pull through). Happy memories serve as an alert bell inside of me......to constantly remind me that despite the series of unfortunate events that preceded and succeeded NDC, I can always hold on to doing the thing I love and sharing this remarkable experiece with some old, and at the same time, newfound friends.

NDC was definitely an inspiring tournament. Super congratulations to Nicolo and Claudia (two of my debate idols!) for being the ultimate champions of NDC!  A million hugs and congratulations too to the other teams! Kudos to my teammate Alvin- you were a great teammate. =)

Even if we were "victims" of the break cap, I'm very happy with what we have achieved. =) It was such a great 1st college tournament for me.

Debate-wise, I learned so much. . .how there's a big difference between having a brilliant idea and executing it brilliantly, how prep time is most efficiently spent, how to reconcile your school of thought with that of the adj, how to adapt to surprising set-ups. . .

Character-wise, I learned so much.. . . there's too much to mention! But the greatest thing that NDC taught me is holding on and moving on.

FUN!!!! Yes, every moment in Baguio = HAPPINESS!!!! I miss Baguio already! I'm not really homesick. . I'm now Baguio-sick, hehehe. . .It's as if I want to capture every moment in Baguio. . .in Baguio, it's as if everything was just okay. . . .

Edit: A pic replaced/more pics added to make some "pic-OC" people happy. . . hehehe. . .to save myself from pang-aasar attacks, too. . hehehe. . .ahem, ahem

Haay, titigil na nga ako sa pag-dadrama. . I'll listen to Ja. I know I can get through this time.. . .Faith and strength, faith and strength, faith and strength. . .
