Ah, that one's made up of several textures, all by cdg. It's set 33 here.

To get the effect seen in number 22, I took texture 16 from that set, put it to Multiply at 82%, then duplicated it and set that one to Burn at 50%. Then I took texture 4 from the same set, and set it to Darken Only at 32%.

Keep in mind I use the GIMP for all of my iconing, so those mode settings may not be the same in Photoshop. ^^
