You're Scottish, fry something - The new Doctor Who :)
I'm pleasantly surprised by Matt Smith's Doctor. Let's face it, he has an almost impossible task filling David Tennant's rather sexy converse trainers and a lot of the fans were writing him off before he'd even shot his first scene. However, I'm already warming to Matt - despite the fact they've turned him into a Maths teacher! Every new actor that comes in as the Doctor makes the role their own in some way, and you almost forget the previous actor in the role.
The new sexy TARDIS is brilliant too, I loved the typewriter keyboard and the old fashioned number display, kind of fits in with the Doctor's new look.
I like the cute storyline with the new assistant, Amy Pond. The little girl waiting for the raggedy Doctor to come back for her, drawing pictures of him and him being dismissed as her imaginary friend... and then him coming back after 12 years and she's all grown up and pretty ... and there's going to be loads of fanfic based purely on that scene where she's watching him undress ... UST anyone??
Let's hope Matt and the fans give this incarnation of the Doctor a fair chance ... I have my bets laid for Doctor #12 but I don't want that just yet (besides, he's a bit busy being Badass filming Primeval at the moment ;) )
