His head hurt. A lot. He couldn't remember ever experiencing pain this bad before, not even that time he'd not eaten for days and passed out.
He blamed Becker of course. Their silly on-going 'alpha male competition' had spilt over into their social life. Abby had warned him he'd not be able to keep up with a soldier when it came to drinking, but he'd reminded her that he was an Irishman and that he was more than capable of holding his drink.
And now he was about to become acquainted with that 21st century remedy known as Alka Seltzer.
