Loved Nathan dogged determination to get it done! It's all he's got to live for, but still, he embraces the challenge. Abby's right, he and Connor would get along.

And in the end, it's down to just Abby and no one else. She feels the burden of it, but at the same time, there's hope and there's strength from knowing that she can and must do it.

My heart really broke for her having to leave Matt and Nathan behind, but Matt was right - it wasn't about them, it was about everyone on Earth.

Btw, super impressed with your logical explantion of how the anomaly creation and the combining of Connor's various tech worked.

You are so right, Connor saving Burton was the exact moment that everything shifted. Burton realizing his mistake in passing Connor off as a fool and actually seeing the true genius he possessed.
Abby having to leave Matt and Nathan behind to die is so sad but you know if she's successful then they will never find themselves in that predicament. I am so enjoying my re-read! :D
