It's odd that I hardly stopped to think what a messy story my... family situation would make. Adoptive and biological parents, a decent number of absent siblings, numerous odd happenings... Then again, I'm sure that not many people I know have led simple existances. At times, the nature of being a mutant involves life taking a turn for the less conventional, and usually unpleasant.
I was glad to remain unaffected, but I suppose it caused me to think about the whole affair. Aside from this happening, with being in the City's possession, I believe myself to be on more steady ground than I have been in some time, and I suppose I should do well to better appreciate the fact.
