I went to the doctor today. It was supposed to be a follow up on my asthma, and also to figure out if I needed to see an ENT (ear, nose, throat) doctor. At first the doctor said she didnt think I needed to, but by the end of the appointment she decided I did. When she checked my eyes I had nystagmus which she said could be caused due to an inner ear disorder and so I am being referred to an ENT doc. About the dizzy spells she asked a bunch of questions and through them she thinks I have atypical migraines which could cause some of the dizziness, but the inner ear could cause it too. I have too rapid of a heart rate, which she is saying could be caused due to the migraines because of bloodflow to the brain and the heart working faster. She said she is hoping its just migraines. I go back in two weeks to see if migraine meds worked or not, if not, she is putting me on a heart monitor for 24 hours to see what my heart rate does and if different things affect my heart rate and if dizziness is attached to it or not. I get dizzy often and a lot of the time I also get pressure in the temples my head. she says my migraines would be atypical because unlike most people with migraines, I feel little to no pain with them, and mine are just pressure. she prescribed me naproxin (sp?) which is the main ingredient of Aleve to see if it helps me any.

So thats whats going on right now. peace out people.
