Couple funny things.
Izze was inquiring about sizes of shoes the other day. We had been talking about how her feet grew and she's now in size 7 shoes and we're going to get rid of her size 6's.
She was curious about shoe sizes so she asked me what size shoe Jeremy wears and what size shoe I wear, which is also a 7. She was so confused, she stuck her foot by mine and said... "no... no you don't, you're feet are so bigger!"
I don't feel like I've fully recovered from this past weekend yet. I'm just so not motivated. I did a lot of the laundry that was piling up (and there's still about 3 loads more) I folded them and laid them out to be hung, but that's where I stopped. I have baskets of clean clothes I need to put away. SO. NOT. MOTIVATED.
We don't have "Easter" decorations or really anything Spring-ish. Izze and I made some bunnies from socks a few years ago and we have a wind up chick, but that's it and I'm good with that. But my mom asked Izze if we had our Easter decorations up and Izze told her, "no, we have some decorations, but they're not for Easter!"
It's funny. We're thinking of forgoing on the little junk to fill her basket. Instead, we'll just get her a few vegan specialty candies and then something bigger she'll actually want. She wants a scooter. I would rather her work on riding her like a bike, but she's too short still. But she also wants more stuff for her Zhu Zhu pet and another Zhu Zhu pet if she could. I'm pretty sure Jeremy bought her the starter kit house and I bought her the ball on ebay. A few outfits or another house and we're solid.
Jeremy loathes Easter. We're not Christian, we're not religious but we still celebrate this holiday. I just like Easter basket thing, I like to spoil Izze and any excuse to do so is a great one in my book. I think we should celebrate it our own way; we could talk about the season changing, talk about being born, about how a lot of animals are born around Spring and how we don't eat animals. It could essentially be a fabulous vegan holiday.
I know I had more, but I'm bogging down this entry with stupid rambling junk.
I found a new doctor for my shoulder. I'm going to find a urologist today (to rule out anything bladder wise) and Izze gets her teeth in a week.
Last of all. Today is March 23 and it's snowing. Good job, Utah. This time of year when it snows, it usually doesn't stick, because it's a snow/rain mixture so it's just cold and ugly. But it did stick this time. It'll melt by tonight, but we're probably looking forward to at least one more snow this year.
