Do you think I can dance?

First off, today is a state holiday here in Utah. It's pioneer day, just as celebrated as Independence Day here. This made the SYTYCD auditions start at 1:00 instead if 8:00 like they usually do. We went to the big parade this morning, then my dad took me to the theatre and took Izze home. I was probably close to the 600th person in line. We waited outside in line until close to 3:00 then we were whisked insist to get numbers and to wait and wait. They took dancers in groups of ten to improv. They were super picky about who they moved on to the soli round that is filmed for tv. I probably went on about 8:30. I tanked, honestly. I was more nervous than I have ever been. I couldn't control my nerves. They got the best of me. I don't mind though! I had such a fun time. I saw INCREDIBLE dancers, I was entertained. They said we were therowdiest bunch they'd ever had, in any season. So much fun!!! I met awesome people. I'm not dissappointed, I know what to expect now, and I'll try out again. I'll remember this day as one of the best days I've had. :)

best memories ever, fun, sytycd, self-esteem, auditions
