Hi my name is Kalli...

So my mom gave me her sewing machine because she got a new one. The old one is only 3-4 years old. I am the only woman on that side of the family who is not super crafty awesome yo! However... Like me, my aunt on my dad's side failed sewing. In fact my grandma PAID someone to fix her sewing projects so she could pass. My grandma (mom's side) just did my final project for me... But I digress. I have Izze now. I'm a sorta stay at home mama... I need to be able to craft it up.
Here is what I lack.
-no paitence
-tend to over do it/ things get tacky.
-I might only be able to dance.

So I checked out a bunch of Idiot Sewer books to hopefully teach me. I have one that I think will help. I also picked up some punk rock craft books and some parenting books... Shhhh!!!

I figured I may as well try the no cry sleep solution for toddlers and preschoolers. Jer's been doing the bed time rituals and stuff, but she's still waking up several times a night. I have dome ideas I'm going to pull out now.

Also for my sanity I cut out a day of dance. I'm exhausted, I miss my man. Next year I'm setting my schedule around Izze's preschool. Excellent!!

Izze totally is loving preschool. She an tell me what they learned about and she is interested to know more when she gets home. Her teacher was really concerned about their Food Week because they're making a paper hamburger craft and a paper pizza craft and was worried what we'd do for Izze. I told her izze will assume they're a veggie burger and began pizza.. I'm just grateful they're aware.

And so concludes long post from bed. G'night!!
