the previous house we put an offer on (but got beat by another offer) just got put back on the market! Apparently, the person we were competing with was an old woman who offered to put $100,000 as a down-payment! (WOW! No wonder

Besides, you have more bedrooms, and even though they may be a bit smaller, what if you were to expand your family? Although it's manageable with the 3-bedroom house, it would be a lifesaver if you had an additional bedroom.
The fence would have sold me right away. With a dog and two kids, that is a must for us, and I would think with Seamus getting more and more active, it's going to be very beneficial for you to already have it in.
