Baby Registry - toys

We are in the process of making our baby registry. Is it appropriate to add toys to the registry that are not for newborns? I imagine people have different opinions on this. I see a few cute things for babies that are 3-6 months, 6-9 months, etc.. just curious if anyone adds toys for those ages leading up to 1 year old.

I would say yes this is totally ok

Yes, I think it's fine. People buy clothes 9 times out of 10, so it helps to have an alternative.

I dont see whats wrong with it, though people almost always buy clothes. For my oldest son nobody got him toys, so for his baptism whenever people asked us what do you need, we said toys.
