I know for a fact that some women, myself included can feel pregnancy before even being able to accurately take a test, but (and I mean no offense) it is hard to genuinely believe it can be detected by anyone 1-2 days after conception mainly due to the time frame it takes for everything to happen. Its not like you have sex and you're immediately fertilized. Fertilization takes up to 24 hours, then nearly 7-9 days for your fertilized egg to implant in order to even begin altering your hCG pregnancy hormones. So truly, little of your body is even aware of this new baby until 7-9 days after conception when the hormone levels begin changing in order to keep you from having a menstrual period, which would flush out the baby from your uterus.

I didn't mean (or may I note say) immediately after sex. To be more precise, I probably ovulated around the 8th. I had nausea and dizziness on the 12th and the other symptoms came shortly after.

Nor do I need the biology lesson, as I majored in that in college, but thanks anyway.

ETA: Oh, I did write one or two days after conception. Sorry, that wasn't exactly accurate nor what I actually meant. More like 4 or 5.

Retrospectively I've always felt dizzier and more faint very shortly after estimated conception. The second time, I also noted that I had to pee so much more in the week before I tested. (Each time I tested positive a day or two after my estimated period arrival date.)

That said, the dizziness makes sense since my blood pressure (systolic and diastolic) has been around 10mmHg lower than normal during every pregnancy, and I normally have a normal-low bp to start with (usually 110/75mmHg).

I knew both times with my last two pregnancies that I was pregnant long before I could test. This time around though, my third pregnancy, I didn't feel like I was pregnant until I was 7 weeks! I couldn't believe I was pregnant actually LOL.

Every pregnancy is different.

With my son I did not. My only symptom was slightly sore breasts and that happened to me around my period anyway.

With my daughter I knew as I became nauseous about 8 dpo. That was strange for me as it didn't start until 5 weeks with my son.

I pretty much knew as soon as 3 weeks into pregnancy. I just felt different, but not like I was going to start my period. I had unusual cravings for fish (which is normally a sometimes food due to my husband not liking it) and aversions to juices and sodas. I didn't know this at the time, but my areolas also changed as the milk ducts started popping out. I just thought they were weird pimples or something. I told my husband (he didn't believe I was pregnant), and then after three positive tests we made an appointment with my doctor to confirm. Sometimes you just know.
