No Symptoms? And other stuff.

I am currently 7w4d pregnant and I have almost no symptoms including no morning sickness whatsoever. I don't feel pregnant at all and it kind of has me worried. The only 3 things I would even say are symptoms: Sore nipples but only if they are touched, not hungry at all (super picky with food) and hard BM. Am I just over thinking things?

Also, my belly feels super tender if I poke it. Mostly around my belly button and on the sides. Any ideas? I have my first OB appointment tomorrow but I am SO anxious/nervous.
