Leaking, swelling and waaay TMI
So.
1) Everything down there is swollen and is worse after sex. Like labia 1.5x normal size. OB says, yup, that can happen, normal. Wouldn't be a big deal, except....
2) OMG the fluids. Sweat, laugh/sneeze pee, discharge, other post sex fluids slowly leaking out, its like a swamp down there. I go through 3-4 pairs of cotton undies and 4-5 cotton cloth pad liners a day trying to keep things reasonably dry and not gross. Only somewhat successful at dryness because the swollen labia from 1) holds in fluids like woah. Which leads to....
3) Diaper rash. Or the moral equivalent there of. Itchy, painful, red, diaper rash. On the interior surfaces of my already annoyingly swollen labia. If I was a newborn, I'd be screaming my head off. OB - yup, that can happen. Take more baths. Wear cotton. Try to keep it dry. Gee thanks for the advice doc.
So. Any suggestions? Sympathies?
