Lochia
So I'm 16 days post partum with my first and I have a question for you ladies who've given birth before. My lochia was super heavy the first few days, then started to taper off and lately I've had barely any spotting and then this morning after my shower, I noticed a LOT of bleeding again. Is this normal? For it to come and go? I know I can end up bleeding for quite a while, but I thought it would just gradually taper off over the weeks following birth.
Is this worth calling my doctor or is it totally normal?
