Seriously, I think this sleeping on my side thing is going to be the death of me. I wake up after four hours with tremendous lower back pain and I can't go back to sleep. (I'm usually a back sleeper, but my doc recommended I switch to my side while pregnant.)
Anybody have any ideas for getting this to not be so painful? I've tried building myself various forms of pillow forts to no avail. I'll try anything at this point. Has anyone changed mattresses while pregnant? I'm thinking I might need a softer mattress that my side can sink into. (I'm pretty curvy.)
