Canadian Midwives
I joined this community because my husband and I are officially TTC! YAY! Even though coming off the pill has done weird things to my once-regular cycle, I'm excited to start the process.
I have a question for any Canadians in this community. I live in British Columbia and want to use a midwife as my pregnancy care option. I know that midwives are in high demand (at least in BC), and I was wondering if anyone had a hard time finding a midwifery practice that was accepting patients.
If you did solicit the use of a midwife, how early did you sign on with their practice? And, if you don't mind sharing, which midwife practice did you use and did you have a good experience?
