I'll be 29 weeks tomorrow...and all of the sudden, I'm having a heck of a time sleeping! Not for any of the usual reasons, although I've got those, too. What's really bothering me is that every single night, I've started waking up between 2 and 3 am feeling SUPER hot and sweaty.
I've never had night sweats before. So I'm assuming this is a pregnancy hormones thing.
Anyone else experience this? Did you find some way to deal with it? Or did you just suffer through until it went away? (Google is suggesting to me that it may even stick around postpartum. OMG! Noo!!)
I've got an appointment with my OB coming up on Friday, so I'm going to ask her about it then. But in the meantime, if anyone's got some advice, I'd really love to get some sleep! :)
