I feel very fat. I don't really know why this is an issue for me right now but part of it is the trouble I have breathing and not being able to lift things and being tired all of the time. I actually more have a question about losing weight after the pregnancy because of course I'm going to just deal with those feelings and get over that for now but afterwards I would really like to feel healthy. I have always had issues with breathing and my heart so I would really like to get into really good shape and for once in my life just feel like I'm not dying. So how long after I have my baby am I able to exercise, and how hard or easy it is to lose weight. I plan on breast feeding and I've heard sometimes the babies don't like the breast milk right after exercise. How many calories do I need to eat in order to be able to breast feed and exercise and still be sane. OK. Lot's of questions there.
