sometimes I wonder if they ever think before they speak. :)
This weekend we are moving into a 2 bedroom apartment. (Hooray!!!) It's part of an apartment community and the apartment we got is on the 3rd floor so we have a balcony. As we were driving this afternoon I said something about sitting out on the balcony on nice days to get some fresh air. My husband says we don't have any chairs but that he could move our travel/beach chairs out there if I wanted. They look like this:

except that ours slant backwards just a bit.
I said they wouldn't be very good for me and he lets out this little gem
"They're wide enough"
...
I swatted his arm and said " Noooo they slant back and I can't get out of them easily! Ass!"
Luckily I have a sense of humor and am well aware that he doesn't think I am fat. The second it was out of his mouth you could tell he knew he was in it..LOL. I laughed pretty hard and it is all good. I could only laugh and shake my head....but of course I had to share the story.
