Hi, all! Been a while since I posted. :D
I just had a quick question about dizziness: I know it's pretty normal during pregnancy and can get rather severe depending on blood sugar and blood pressure. What I'm wondering is if there's anything I can do to stop it?
I work from home, which is awesome, but that also means that I have to get under my desk at least twice a day. Last week, this wasn't a problem- I would brace my legs and lean down (it felt wonderful when I had back pains!) to replace the discs we use at work. But this week it became uncomfortable to lean over like that, so I started kneeling down instead. Getting down isn't a problem at all, but no matter what I do, the second I start trying to get up (even if I've only moved a few inches), I get horribly dizzy and have to lean on the desk for a few moments.
My blood pressure is normal and I haven't had a sugar crash in several weeks (and boy, was THAT scary!), so I'm wondering what, if anything, is causing this and can I do more to prevent it?
Thanks in advance! (20w, 2d)
