I'm 29w pregnant today and I think I caught strep throat from someone at work. My throat hurts like crazy and it's hard to swallow. Is strep throat dangerous for a pregnant woman? And should I take time off of work for it?
ETA - Went to Urgent Care since my doctor wasn't in. They said it was just a sore throat so I can go to work after all. Thanks to those who answered!
