Hypothetical situation my brother and I were talking about earlier as his wife is pregnant.
You are 35 weeks pregnant and at some point during your pregnancy you went into labor and the doctors stopped it. You were given steroid injections at that point. Lately you have been struggling physically with your pregnancy and are not looking forward to another five plus weeks of pregnancy. If you knew, 100%, that if you did A, B or C that you could kick start your labor, would you do it at 35 weeks? Say, like, you KNEW that drinking raspberry leaf tea, or having a bath or having sex would 100% make you go into labor, would you do it or just continue waiting until 40 weeks? Would it be irresponsible to 'force' labor to happen earlier than 40 weeks even if you knew that your baby would be okay at 35 weeks, especially seeing as it had the steroid injections at one point in the pregnancy?
