babyshower gifts!
I just had to show off my two favorite things that I got. A couple of my friends crochet and my best friend Kim made me a GORGEOUS blanket and my friend Natalie crocheted me a semi matching beanie and booties with leftover yarn.
I can't wait to put this on him! SO CUTE! I adore the look of handmade things, and it just makes it even more special. The booties are the same colors/pattern and look awesome too.
And the super awesome blanket. It's super soft yarn and it's just the perfect size! I love my crafty friends! Kim has been my best friend since the 6th grade and that she was able to make something for my first child just means so much to me. I get all choked up thinking about the fact that I get to have something especially for him that she made for me.
