I am a highly educated woman. I went to college, I graduated from medical school, and I am now a working resident physician. I regularly preform both male and female genital exams on my patients. I can put in a foley catheter in anyone from a premature newborn to an adult so fast you won't have time to blink. I have a better grasp on anatomy than the average person. So why is it that I cannot pee in a damn cup to save my life??? Seriously? 37 weeks of pregnancy has given me many opportunities to pee in a cup, and I just. Can't. Do. It. Well, I can get enough for my sample, I just don't do a very tidy job of it and I feel like I need to apologize to the lab tech or nurse handling my sample.
The rapidly growing belly doesn't help my aim at all.
There's really no purpose to this post other than to rant a bit. Anyone else fail at this simple task?
