Birth marks
this is a curiosity post to be honest to all those mums with children already.
I was changing my almost 11 month old son in a public changing facility (when poop strikes it strikes) and a lady, for some odd reason known only to herself, asked me 'where is his birthmark?' evidently assuming it was hidden by his clothes. But the question somewhat confused me. Are they really that prevalent that she would assume he has one, because he doesn't, neither do I. His dad has one, but definitely not a blemish of any kind on him or me.
So, how common are birthmarks? Are my son and I just unusual?
