Xanax during the 5th week of pregnancy

I just found out that I'm pregnant, 5 weeks. This pregnancy wasn't planned and is a total shock, but since my husband and I were planning to have kids in the next couple of years anyway, we decided to keep this baby.
There's a major concern, though. Not knowing about my pregnancy, I took Xanax several times. I know it doesn't really matter what you take prior to week 5, but I was actually took one or two pills when I was already into the 5th week.
I am now very worried. My doctor is saying that it shouldn't be a problem but I am still very anxious (I was prescribed Xanax for a good reason! :)
So, is there anybody here who's in the same boat (i.e. took dangerous medicines prior to finding out about the pregnancy)? Or maybe know someone else who did? Any information is welcome and appreciated.
The type of insurance I have (Kaiser) makes it difficult for me to get multiple doctors' opinions. I do trust my doctor but I still need more reassurance.
