Some questions.
1. I know RRL Tea is supposed to tone the uterus to make labor easier. That's cool, that's great. When can I start that business? I'm all about being prepared now and things sucking less later! : D
2. Is Red Raspberry Tea the same thing?
3. So will doing the tea now (I'm 18w now) have good effects if I keep doing it? I started doing the stretching-the-insides thing as soon as I found out, I'm terrified of tearing or being cut up. Is any of this any good?
4. What, if anything, can I do now to avoid a hideously long and awful labor?
I'm seeing the OBGYN on the 29th for a regular visit and Nov. 3 for the anatomy scan and gender-figuring-out. She doesn't say much but something tells me she doesn't believe in natural much of anything. : ( Any experiences, good or bad, would be helpful.
