Twins?

For those who have been pregnant with twins and singletons...what differences did you notice in the pregnancies? I doubt I'm having twins, however it runs in both my partner and I's families and this pregnancy is MUCH more intense. I am much sicker, my breasts are VERY tender, and my fatigue is mind numbing. I don't recall it being THIS bad with my now two year old daughter.

Any experiences to share?
