Oh man... I have one for that board, but I can't figure out how to post it!

Like when I was told I shouldn't push sitting up/squatting because that pushes the baby down and not out... in order to push properly, I needed to be flat on my back with my legs up... as that straightens the birth canal.

Luckily by that time I was on my 6th birth, so I could have pushed standing on my head. Still, though... :\
