I've been laying a rice-filled sock (microwaved for 20-30 seconds) over the area when it gets pretty intense. And to sleep at night I've been taking 1-2 Benadryl and 2 Tylenol.
Luckily, it appears to be temporary - but it still sucks, and hasn't gotten any better.
I'm starting to get something like that - I'm 38w2d...
and then yesterday I had this genius idea that I was going to go to ikea with my husband and we were gonna walk through the whooooole thing. It felt like someone was shoving a knife into the area where your vulvar lips start to separate and was prying my pelvis apart. Yaaaaaaaay!
I just kind of try to sit as often as I can, as walking just aggravates it.
I had the painful crotch thing when I was pregnant. it hurt so badly sometimes. I thought I'd pulled a groin muscle at first, LOL. It did eventually go away for me though if that makes you feel better. Maybe it will for you too. :)
