Amniocentesis Concerns ?
Hello, I am new to this (Live Journal) community & wanted to know if any of you ladies had the pleasure (not) of an Amniocentesis? I have one on 2/10/09 & I am concerned about the procedure. I did some reading on the net & I guess sometimes they have to stick you more than once, sometimes you need to come back for a 2nd try or more fluid removed, can hit the baby, miscarriage. Some say it was not very painful & some said it was horrible??????? Thanks!
