WE FOUND IT!
Ladies and Gents...we found an apartment! ::does the happy dance::
Granted, it's only a 1 bedroom...BUT:
~the bedroom is HUGE. Seriously. We'll be able to put the futon, Lizzie's crib, Lizzie's changing table and a nightstand in it and STILL have plenty of room.
~Rent is $600/month...but it INCLUDES utilities. Only things not included are phone, cable, and internet.
~They offer a cable package for $35/month that includes 3 HBO channels.
~The kitchen is huge. Big enough to easily fit Lizzie's highchair and a small table.
~It's 5 minutes from my parents house. For those who remember where I live, I'm off the same road (436), just closer to I-4.
~There's an extra closet in the living room. =)
It's not in the best area, but it's not like it's in the ghetto either. O.M.G...I'm so excited. Now all we have to do is pray that we get accepted. The lady we spoke to was so nice and said they'd have apartments available in Aug (which is when we need to move).
Anyway, off to take care of the baby.
