It is rather unorthodox to have one, let alone two, head students be appointed without serving as prefects either. However as one at least appears to be competent, this is a move I can support, even if I disagree in principal.

It is not permitted to bring more than one to school. If you have exceeded this quota, you are in violation of school rules and will be docked points and reported to your house heads accordingly.
Similarly, usual and recommended pets are owls, cats and toads, though Pygmy Puffs and rats may be permitted. Dangerous cross breeds are under no circumstances allowed. I believe that a kitten who breathes fire is classed as such. Those with kittens from the batch of Coriander Bulstrode's tabby must turn them in to me by 8 pm tomorrow evening, regardless of station. I will then deliver them to Professor Renfield to verify their safety and normallacy.
If you do not comply with this request, you will have points removed from your house and be referred to Head Boy Christopher Yaxley, of Slytherin house and senior to Prefects Chloe Elkins and Edward Finch-Fletchley.
