[nononononononononononononononononononononnonononononononononoonononononononononono--

This is Celty's WORSE NIGHTMARE. Well, not really. It just doesn't help that these creatures are terribly ugly. And remind her of aliens.
She's deathly afraid of aliens.

So here you go, a terrified wall of text from a Dullahan:]

>>This is horrible! They must be ( Read more... )

vatheon, this place sucks, gtfo alien-fish, horribly

[He's laughing so much at you right now, Celty.]

For someone who can produce a scythe that's three times her size, you sure do have a lot of fear for something as stupid as fish monsters. C'mon, Celty. They're not so bad.

...They might even taste good.

[D-don't laugh.

Sheesh, can't a woman fear some alien-fish?]

>>I'm not interested in whether they're edible or not.
>>I just don't want them here.
>>At all.

[When she's a headless dullahan who can't be harmed? Tch, no. He will continue to giggle.]

Of course you're not. You can't eat. What was I thinking. Of course you don't. No one does~. But they're kinda neat I think! Although kinda sharp..nn.

Ah, well. They're like any other stupid animal. Incapable of opening doors. I'm sure you're safe. I don't think they're aliens though.

...I do have to wonder. What's up with your fear of aliens?

>>Oh.
>>Well
>>It's not
>>It's not really important.
>>I just don't like aliens.
>>That's all.|

[Meep.]

Now, now, I'm not an moron. It's obvious you're horrified.

Plus, I'm pretty sure I've remember an incident or two from before....

[A smirk. It may not be video but it's pretty obvious through his voice that he's talking down to her a little. Or not really so much that as he is teasing her.]

So what is it? No one 'dislikes' aliens. They either believe in them and are interested or horrified, or they don't believe in them and that's that. It's okay to have fears- we all have them. Even if yours is a bit of a strange situation considering...You're not even human. Granted, you're a lot more human than that idiot Shizu-chan. Funny, don't you think? Considering the genetic differences.

[Not exactly what she was asking for. But this is Izaya, after all.]

She just wants this to end and forget already!]

>>I never really thought too much about it.
>>Ah. Don't you have any unreasonable fears?

[It might not be so unreasonable though. There's a memory she's not too fond of...]

No. I don't.

[A pause.]

Not unreasonable ones at least.

If you say so. Let's see how to phrase this...I fear ceasing existence. Hnn..I don't care about death or pain or misery or eternity of suffering. I don't really care about darkness or heaven..Although obviously I would prefer to pass over into a greater life. That can't always be the case though and I can respect the way of the universe in that regard.

But to cease existence? To just blink out like a light? Something about that haunts me. I don't want to stop being aware of myself. Even if I were to forget all that I've known, as long as I was in existence..

Although, one could argue that the obliteration of memory is as good as extinguishing existence considering memory often makes the individual just that- an individual. If I were to forget my memories, perhaps I wouldn't care whether or not I ceased existence. Or would I still have the gut-feeling ( ... )

>>I see.

[Not much else she can say. Izaya may only see text, but...

She can understand.
What exactly will happen if she doesn't find her head?
But what will happen if she does?

Her relationships has been built from nothing, but she would like to keep them. Memories and all.]

>>That last one is a little ironic.

[He doesn't say much else. He's used to talking to Namie and now Kaori about these sort of things. Namie never really cared and Kaori only ever seems amused and fond over him. Which is obviously fine.

Talking to Celty on this sort of level? That's new. It's not horrible though. Maybe he should make more of a habit out of it.

....Maybe.]

Why?

OH.
GOD.

Oh God.]

Ahah! That's funny, Celty. I fought Shizu-chan every day for four years pretty much and then a lot after too. I think I can take them.

[The eyes. The eyes]

[If Celty could laugh right now, she would. Ohhh, she would.]

>>I trust you will be fine then.
