I am awarded the continued privilege to live within the Palace properties and retain full command over the private residential areas of the complex. One Tamaki Suou is granted privilege to utilize the public areas whenever he deems fit for the continued arrangement of social events and endeavours. One Billy Kaplan is ceded control over the maintenance and upkeep of the properties, with particular emphasis on unnamed research ventures.
